We built a secure desktop application that serves as the focal point for getting information into a partners consolidated database.
Of course, each source (QBO,QBD,CSV) has it's own unique way of pulling in data under the covers but we worked really hard to make
each unique source of information look as similar as possible.
Partners are happy to know that their logo replaces ours so users know exactly who has access to their information. When we pull financial information, the ONLY place it is stored is the hosting partners SQL database. |

We include our tool, which allows you to map your existing chart of accounts to an alternative way to summarize your QuickBooks data. This product allows you to define a single way that an infinite number of QuickBooks files can be mapped. In the example to the left all but a couple of accounts have been mapped. |
